Titan Breaker Canceled


Hello folks!

The main goal of posting our early prototype here is to validate the game as early as possible.  After hearing a lot of feedback from you guys. Unfortunately, we think the game does not get the core experience we expected. At first, we want to build a brick breaker game focused on the tactical side when you use the right hero (ball) at the right time. Turns out we realize there are several fundamental problems to achieve that core experiences:

  • The random enemy position made sometimes makes the game cannot be strategized
  • Normally brick breaker experience is the ball bouncing as long as possible, but sometimes ability unit does not really make sense for this, example: linebacker, knockback the enemies
  • Sometimes even the bounce result cannot be defined as well, and this makes the game hard to strategize

That being said, there's a fundamental thing why Titan Breaker cannot get the tactical core experiences. After thinking for a while, we decided to discontinue this project, and move on to a new idea. To be honest, we already move on long ago, even we already killed another prototype idea. But we just have time to update this for all of you.
